Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 11, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Day Twenty Two (“we,” “us”), operated at daytwentytwo.app, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you provide. Deposit amount, move-out date, landlord response details, statement arrival date, and — if you request a demand letter — tenant name, tenant mailing address, rental property address, landlord name, and landlord mailing address. If you submit the notification form, your email address and U.S. state.
- Generated content. Demand letters generated for you are stored with your case information.
- Authentication identifier. An anonymous account ID is created and stored in your browser to associate your information with your session.
- Technical data. Our infrastructure providers maintain standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics profiling.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to: (a) compute your deposit analysis; (b) generate and display your demand letter; (c) notify you, if you requested it, when Day Twenty Two becomes available in your state; and (d) operate, maintain, and secure the site. We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising.
3. Storage and Service Providers
Information is stored and processed in the United States by our service providers: Supabase, Inc. (database and authentication), Vercel, Inc. (hosting), Stripe, Inc. (payment processing), and Resend, Inc. (email delivery). These providers process information solely to provide their services to us.
4. Your Letter and Email
When you buy a letter we email a copy to the address you give at checkout, and that email contains a private link that opens your letter on any device. Anyone who has that link can view your letter, so treat it like a password and don’t forward it. Corrections you make are recorded so we can see what happened if one is blocked. We use Resend to send email and Stripe to process payment; each receives only what it needs to do that.
5. Disclosure
We do not share personal information with third parties except: (a) the service providers identified above; (b) where required by law, legal process, or governmental request; or (c) to protect the rights, safety, or property of Day Twenty Two or others.
6. Retention and Deletion
Case information, letters, and notification signups are retained until deleted. To request deletion of your information, contact support@daytwentytwo.app.
7. Do Not Track
This site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
8. Children
This site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to This Policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
